Complex IT modernization, demanding procurement process
A major convention center operator planned a comprehensive modernization and digitalization of its entire IT landscape. At its core: migrating from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA, combined with consolidating a complex system landscape of ERP, industry software, ticketing, CMS and numerous specialized solutions.
This required a framework contract to be tendered — split into two lots (project management and implementation), with a term of up to four years.
